Grilled Salmon with Brandy Marinade

For all those who want the most out of their omega 3 oils with a taste that’s sure to please. This marinade/dinner sauce could be made with either Brandy or Bourbon to suit your taste.

8 oz Salmon

Brandy Marinade

1/2 cup Brandy (Bourbon)

3/4 cup brown sugar

3 tsp low sodium soy sauce

1/2 tsp ground ginger

1/2 tsp fresh ground pepper

Instructions

Prepare marinade by combining all ingredients and stirring well.

Place salmon in zip lock bag, add marinade and refrigerate for 30 60 minutes

Grill salmon 4-6 minutes on each side, basting with marinade  until fish is cooked to taste.

Marinade could be used as a sauce after salmon is cooked and served.
