This is a great desert for any occasion. The spices add to the taste and aroma of the desert.
2 tbsp butter
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp ground allspice
4 pears peeled, cored, and cut into eigths
3 tbsp lemon juice
vanilla yogurt
walnuts
1- melt butter in large skillet and blend in spices
2-add pears and cook for 15 min or until tender, turning frequently
3- stir in lemon juice and let them cool
4- top with vanilla yogurt and walnuts
